Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation

3 or more days before service: Full refund
Within 2–1 days of service: No refund

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed 3 days or more before the scheduled service date and is subject to availability.
If weather prevents delivery, you may reschedule within 48 hours or receive a full refund.

Delivery

Service is available across St. John. St. Thomas service is subject to availability.
Delivery fees are included in the listed price.
Deliveries are scheduled within booking time slots. Guests must be ready to receive the tray within the agreed timeframe.
Please allow 15–20 minutes for setup.

Dietary Preferences & Allergies

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Accommodations cannot be guaranteed if notified after booking.
