Guests are responsible for ensuring property managers or villa staff are informed of delivery.
Delays caused by lack of access may affect setup time.

Use of Equipment

Floating trays are for pool use only.
Clients are responsible for proper care during use.
Any damage or loss may result in an additional fee.

Food & Safety

All food is prepared fresh by licensed vendors.
Trays should be enjoyed promptly upon delivery to ensure freshness and safety.
Tropical Indulgence is not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.

Photography & Media

We may take photos of the tray setup (with or without guests) for marketing and promotional use.
If you prefer not to be photographed or have images shared, please notify us at booking or during setup.
